There are many ways to test cleanliness:
1. Weighing method:
Weigh and record the unwashed substrate (A value), dry the substrate after cleaning with cleaning agent and weigh and record (B value), soak the cleaned substrate in solvent cleaning agent for thorough cleaning (Trichlorethylene) ultrasonic process for 10 minutes, then dry and weigh and record (C value). Calculate the percentage of cleanliness through the formula: (A-C)-B=% Best results: A value is 100g, B value is 90g, and C value is still 90g, indicating that the oil stain weight is 10g, and the cleanliness is 100%; A value is 100g, B value is 92g, and C value is still 90g. After the manual is cleaned with solvent, it is found that there are still 2g of oil stains that have not been cleaned, indicating that the cleanliness is 80%; the weighing method should be the best cleanliness test method.
2. Wiping method:
After the base material is degreased and dried, use white or solid color oil-absorbing paper to wipe the surface of the base material. If there is no oil spot or black putty, it can be regarded as qualified for degreasing.
3. Visual inspection method (most commonly used):
After degreasing and rinsing of the base material, the water should remain flat at the moment when the water comes out, instead of being squeezed into water flow or particles.
